TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL:
*Arrivals not earlier than 14h00.
*Departure no later than 10h00.
*All rates include 15% VAT, but exclude any other levy or tax which may be added in future.
BOOKING DEADLINE / CANCELLATIONS:
*All communications must be confirmed via telefax or email.
PAYMENTS:
*A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation.
*Full payment is required on arrival.
*All remittances are payable in South African Rands.
*Any alternative arrangements must be made with the owners.
*All major Credit Cards are accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Peak Season: (1 December to 15 January & Easter Holiday Season)
* Cancellation, 100% of accommodation total is forfeited.
Low / High Season:
* Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
* Cancellation between 20 & 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of accommodation total is forfeited.
* Cancellation less than 20 days prior to arrival, 100% of accommodation total is forfeited.
